Programs Ages 3-6
The Montessori child learns from the prepared environment by naturally absorbing impressions from the material, and by using all the senses to appreciate each exercise.
The materials are strategically placed on accessible shelves and adequate work space for them to engage in difficult tasks.
Each child is introduced to these materials during their natural periods of interest and readiness. Depending on readiness and number of years spent in Montessori environment, it is very natural for a Montessori child to read, write and calculate prior to entering elementary.
A Montessori environment offers a unique cycle of learning designed to take advantage of the child's sensitive years between 3 and 6 years of age
The Montessori curriculum is divided into five main categories:

5. Cultural/Science
